As a stay-at-home mom, I understand the challenge of keeping the kids entertained during the big game. While you and your friends are rooting for your favorite team, your kids might not be as invested in the action on the field. But that doesn’t mean they can’t have fun on Super Bowl Sunday too! To help keep your kids engaged and entertained during the big game, I’ve put together a list of easy and fun Super Bowl crafts that the whole family can enjoy.

  1. DIY Football T-Shirts: Gather up some plain white t-shirts, fabric markers, and some stencils, and let your kids create their own football-themed shirts. They can choose their favorite team’s colors, or get creative and make their own unique designs.
  2. Super Bowl Snack Stadium: Take your snack game to the next level by creating a mini stadium out of cardboard boxes. Let your kids decorate the boxes with their favorite team’s colors, then fill them with all sorts of yummy treats.
  3. Paper Plate Football Helmets: Cut out a simple football helmet shape from a paper plate, then let your kids decorate it with their favorite team’s colors. You can use markers, paint, or even cut out pieces of construction paper to make the design.
  4. Balloon Footballs: Blow up a few balloons, paint them brown to resemble a football, and then let your kids decorate them with team colors, player numbers, and other fun designs.
  5. Super Bowl Bingo: Print out a few copies of Super Bowl Bingo cards, and let your kids play along with the action on the field. You can customize the cards with different Super Bowl-themed squares, such as “touchdown,” “field goal,” and “halftime show.”
  6. Popsicle Stick Trophies: Let your kids create their own trophy using popsicle sticks, glue, and paint. They can make them as simple or as elaborate as they’d like, and then award the winning team at the end of the game.
These are just a few ideas to get you started, but the possibilities are endless! With a little bit of creativity and some basic supplies, you and your kids can have a fun and memorable Super Bowl Sunday. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the big game with some fun and engaging crafts for the whole family!
