Warm and Sweet: A Recipe for Air Fryer Grapefruit

This air fryer grapefruit recipe is a simple and delicious way to enjoy this healthy fruit. The combination of sweet brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg add a touch of sweetness, while the air fryer creates a warm and caramelized texture. Ingredients:
  • 2 grapefruits, halved
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the fruit from the membranes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the grapefruit halves.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the grapefruit halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  7. Cook the grapefruit for 8-10 minutes, or until the sugar mixture is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve the grapefruit warm, topped with a dollop of yogurt or a sprinkle of granola, if desired.
